General Queries

You must meet the following criteria before placing an order to ensure a successful delivery.

  • Your Instagram account is set to public. 
  • You have entered the right Instagram username.
  • You did not change your Instagram username before the order was completed.
  • The account or post is still active and has not been deleted.
  • The video complies with Instagram’s guidelines and has not been banned or removed.
  • Please allow 24 hours for your order to be delivered.

Sometimes Instagram deletes users’ spammy accounts and marks them as spam. This causes a reduction of Instagram followers. It affects our customers sometimes but not always. If you experience a drop during the first 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) of your purchase, then we will happily refill your followers as per our free refill policy.

All followers are from authentic Instagram profiles. And due to this benefit, our staff cannot transfer or remove followers once they have been sent. But, as an Instagram account admin, you can delete followers from your list by blocking each individual person.

Your account will be replenished in 24 hours, whenever our system detects a decline.

You can buy Instagram followers as many times as you want if your orders do not exceed 100,000 followers for 30 days.

You can buy Instagram likes as many times as you need if your orders do not exceed 100,000 likes in a 30-day period.

Billing Inquiries

If you are not totally happy with your order within the first 30 days after purchase, please contact us and we will refund you. Refunds normally take 2-3 business days to process, depending on your bank’s delay timeframes.

Social services can be gladly purchased with any considerable credit card. We are accepting MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, and Discover currently.

If you do not have a credit card, you can fill out a prepaid credit card and use it to place your social order!

Social no longer accepts PayPal as a payment method. If you want to keep using PayPal’s digital wallet, PayPal provides the PayPal Prepaid Mastercard, which you may refill with funds from your PayPal account.

When a credit card is refused, we recommend contacting your bank for further assistance, as they may have greater insight into what is the real problem. If you are unable to resolve the issue with your banking system, please contact our helpful support team at support@genieinsta.com
